Efath Jahan currently works as a Lecturer at the department of Food Engineering and Technology, State University of Bangladesh. She obtained MS in Food Engineering in 2021 from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). She completed B.Sc. in Food Engineering in 2018 from the same university. She took 2 weeks long training on ‘Quality control and Unit Operation in Food Industry’ conducted by the Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI) and 10 days of industrial internship under A. T. HAQUE LIMITED, Dhaka. Also she completed 3 days training course on “Information of Rural Development Model Developed by RDA” at Rural Development Academy, Bogura. Her research interest includes Food microbiology, Post-harvest Technology, Food processing, Food analysis etc.
