Senior Lecturer (On Study Leave)

Md. Easdani serves as a Senior Lecturer (on study leave) in the Department of Food Engineering and Nutrition Science at the State University of Bangladesh, a role he has held since 2012. Before this, he honed his industry expertise as Quality in Charge at Quasem Food Products Ltd (2009–2012). Currently advancing his academic career, he is a Ph.D. Fellow in Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University, China, under the prestigious China Scholarship Council (CSC) Fellowship (2019–present). His academic portfolio includes an M.Sc. in Food Science - Technology and Business (BIFTec) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium (2016–2018), supported by an Erasmus+ scholarship, as well as an M.Sc. in Food Engineering (2008–2009) and a B.Sc. in Food Engineering (2003–2007), both from Bangladesh Agricultural University. Md. Easdani’s research focuses on protein-protein interactions, gel dynamics, hydrogel innovation, and biodegradable film development, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach to addressing food science and technology challenges. His blend of academic rigor, industry experience, and global scholarship underscores his dedication to advancing the field.
