Sanjoy Kumar Chaki joined the Department of Pharmacy at State University of Bangladesh (SUB) as a Lecturer on January 18, 2025. He obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy (Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology) from the University of Dhaka. His master's thesis, titled "Synthesis and Pharmacological Screening of Benzimidazole Derivatives," earned him the prestigious National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship for the year 2022–23, awarded by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Additionally, he received the Government Honours Scholarship in 2020. He is officially registered as an A-grade pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh, signifying his professional qualifications and authorization to practice. His academic journey is enriched by practical experiences, including industrial training at Popular Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and a six-month hospital training program at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital.
