Dr. Ahmed Hussain is currently serving as the Registrar of State University of Bangladesh. In the immediate past, he was the Registrar of UCSI University Malaysia (Bangladesh Campus). He has also held various positions at Independent University, Bangladesh; Southeast University; and Chittagong University. He earned his PhD from Azteca University, Mexico, in 2022. He completed his MBA from Royal Roads University, Canada, in 2009, and his LLM from Dhaka International University in 2018. He obtained his BA in Economics from Chittagong University in 1990 and his LLB from Chittagong Law College in 2010. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from ABP, UK, and a Certificate in English Proficiency from North South University. He also completed a Counter-Terrorism Team Course in the USA and holds a certification in Refugee Law from Amnesty International, UK. He completed his schooling from Mirzapur Cadet College in 1986. Dr. Hussain is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Chichester, UK, and the Chief Instructor at iCAN Academy. Previously, he served as the Head of Training at PRAN-RFL Group
