Maria Mehedy Urme is a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the State University of Bangladesh. She obtained her MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Dhaka (DU) and BSc from Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology (BAUST), Saidpur. Her research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, image processing, robotics and human-computer interaction. Her current research and scientific activity involve agriculture IoT. She teaches Computer Graphics, Electrical Circuit Analysis, Physics, Statistics for Engineering. Work Experience: [Dec,2024 – sept,2025] – Teaching Assistant, Institute of Energy, University of Dhaka; [Jun 2022 - Jun 2023] –Innovator & Researcher, UNDP, Aspire to Innovate (a2i), Dhaka, Bangladesh.
