Noor - A - Jannat is a Bangladeshi academic and researcher specializing in film and media studies. She holds both her MSS and BSS in Film and Television from Jagannath University. Noor’s teaching integrates critical theory with creative practice and visual storytelling. Her academic research interests focus on film theory, psychoanalysis, visual storytelling and theoretical approaches to cinema, particularly within South Asian contexts. Beyond academia, Noor has worked on several short films and documentaries as a director, producer, art director and production manager. She combines critical insight with hands-on creative learning to help students discover their own visual voice.
