Md. Shazzad Hossain

Lecturer

M.S. & B.Sc. in Agro Process and Food Engineering, Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST)

Md. Shazzad Hossain has been working as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering and Nutrition Science at the State University of Bangladesh since October 2025. He previously served as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Engineering at German University Bangladesh, Gazipur-1702, from May 2024 to September 2025. He completed his M.S. in Agro Process and Food Engineering in 2022 and obtained his B.Sc. degree in the same discipline in 2020 from Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Jashore-7408. His research interests include food preservation techniques such as drying and edible coating, as well as food safety and quality assurance. In addition to his academic and research contributions, he has actively participated in several seminars and professional training programs related to food safety, quality assurance, and digital content creation. His dedication to teaching, research, and professional development reflects his commitment to enhancing the quality of education and promoting innovation in the field of Food Engineering and Nutrition Science.
