Isra Tuz Jahan holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University.Her work focuses on food processing, quality & safety, product development, and nutritional evaluation, emphasizing sustainable food systems.She has experience in international projects on resilient crop production and food additive risk assessment, with strong expertise in formulation, nutritional analysis, and advanced techniques (HPLC, GC, AAS, FTIR, ICP-OES, UV-Vis).She has scientific publications in production of dietary supplements and nutraceuticals. With experience supervising labs, assisting postgraduate research, and training MSMEs in food quality & safety, she bridges research with practical industry applications in nutrition-sensitive food systems.
