Md. Wahid Abdul Hoque is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies. He has completed his BBA in Management Studies and has completed MBA coursework and thesis in Human Resource Management from Jahangirnagar University. Prior to joining academia, he gained professional experience in the banking sector, which enriched his practical understanding of organizational and HR-related practices. His objective as a faculty member is to remain committed to academic rigor and to apply creative teaching methodologies that prepare students for the complexities of the modern business landscape. His research interests focus on HR practices such as training and development, job satisfaction, and performance management, as these directly influence employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
