Nazia Rahman is an Assistant Professor of Department of Law of State University of Bangladesh, currently working as the Head of the Department of Law. She has gained lots of experience within and outside her degrees to develop a career in teaching. She completed her LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M. from University of Dhaka with good result in the year of 2008 and 2009. She also did MSS in Criminology and Justice from University of Dhaka. She worked as a legal researcher in South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies. She has great deal of experience working as an intern with Society of the Deaf and Sign Language (SDSL). She has worked also as an intern with Bangladesh Legal Aid and Service Trust (BLAST). She was enrolled as an advocate in Bangladesh bar council in 2012. She has a number of research and publications in the various field of law which have been published in various Law Journal and Daily Newspaper.
