Toki Ashraf is a legal academic and practitioner specializing in international law, human rights, and environmental law. He is currently serving as Lecturer of Law and Coordinator of the LL.B. program at the State University of Bangladesh. In addition to his academic roles, he is also an Advocate before the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, and a Research Associate at the Strategy for Environmental Development Foundation. His prior professional experiences include serving as an Associate at I. H. Khan & Associates, Deputy Coordinator for Program and Planning at the Student Legal Aid Forum (University of Dhaka Chapter), and Research Assistant at the Bangladesh Law Review. Mr. Ashraf earned his LL.M. in International and Comparative Law and LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Dhaka.

- Appointed Lecturer of Law and Program Coordinator at the State University of Bangladesh, and Adjunct Faculty at Jahangirnagar University.
- Admitted as Advocate, District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka.
- Awarded Dhaka Board Talent Pool Scholarships (Higher Secondary and Undergraduate levels) and the University of Dhaka Merit Scholarship.
- Represented the University of Dhaka as a Mooter at the XII National Law School Trilegal International Arbitration Moot (2019), Bengaluru, India.
- Selected with scholarship to participate in the 10th International and Comparative Urban Law Conference (2024), United Kingdom.
- Served in multiple academic and organizational leadership roles, including organizing national law fests, inter-batch moot court competitions, and study tours at the State University of Bangladesh.
- Participated in the 19th Human Rights Summer School (2018) organized by the Empowerment Through Law of the Common People (ELCOP), Dhaka.
- Completed the Clinical Legal Education (Law Clinic) 2019, jointly organized by the Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka, and the Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST).
- Engaged in the Simulation Project for Integrating Youth through Community Engagement (SPIYCE) organized by ELCOP, Dhaka.
- Participated in the Street Law Program organized by ELCOP, Dhaka.
- Achieved an IELTS Band Score of 8, with proficiency in English, Bengali, and Arabic, and working knowledge of Hindi and Urdu.
