Farin Sohana, working as a lecturer in the Department of Business Studies. She has completed BBA in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management from FBS, University of Dhaka. She previously worked as a Lecturer of BBA Professionals. Other than that she has practical knowledge of working in HR and banking sector. She has attended training session on "HR Skill development" under ICGS and workshops on various HR related topics. She has research interest in the field of Management, Human resource management and organizational behavior.
